Candid storytelling photography

Hi, my name is

Sarah

smile, self portrait

Being able to capture beautiful and meaningful moments in life through my lens, turning images into unforgettable memories is truly an honour.

I believe there is something truly magical in capturing a split-second moment in time, for you to treasure for years to come.

I focus on taking photos that capture true emotion and tell a story. I want to ensure that each of my clients has an enjoyable experience while creating beautiful images. As a mother myself, I understand how naturally fast-paced life can be and strive to help you capture memories that tell your very own unique story.

Every person's story is different, with each life experience offering its own unique perspective.

This is why I take great pride in being able to capture the little details of someone's life in my photographs.

The power of photography is a remarkable one that gives you an entirely new way to look at a moment. It can show you the beauty hidden in the everyday, no matter how small they seem. You can capture the way your child looks right after they laugh, the happiness radiating off of you whilst growing life, and so much more.

It isn’t just about taking pictures, its not about the perfect smiles, it’s about capturing emotions and stories that can last for generations to come. By preserving these special moments before they fade away, we can share them with future generations and ensure that they live on forever.

Though I play a small part, I believe that my work has the power to make a difference. It is my goal to continue doing this work in order to bring joy and inspiration to others.

So if you’re looking for the perfect way to freeze time and preserve your special moments, I would love to help create memories that you can look back on for years to come.

my reason why, outdoor photography

My reason why, my muse, here's my story.

.

"Darling don't quit your daydream"

Motherhood for me is where my passion for photography began. My journey started young being only 18 when I had my first son. Now I'm 33 with 4 children following my own path to be Sarah the photographer and not just mama, mummy, mum, mother. I have found a part of me that I've been yearning for so long.

When you enter the realm of motherhood they become your whole being, I fully embraced my new role from day one. But after 11 years of losing and finding myself after each new baby (because it happens), working dead end jobs that didn't fill my life with purpose, I finally had the opportunity to follow a burning passion inside.

There is a memory that will probably stick with me forever, It was 2019 I was walking with my at the time pregnant friend and we loved to play photographers. So there I was using our iPhones, directing her, getting that all to familiar excitement building inside when the lighting was just right and we got the shot. I spoke about a dream of owning my own Photography business, I knew what id call it, I had daydreamed about it for years. Of course this was just a pipe dream, I had three children and one who wasn't even a year old at the time. I didn't know the first thing about a real camera let alone running a business.

Little did I know a year later Id be taking on real clients, making mistakes and learning from them, finding my style, finding my worth.

Fast forward to now 4 years on and I'm still here pinching myself that this is my job,

I'm so proud of my little business.

I get to capture the joy, love, real raw connections with so many families. Its truly an honour each and every time you give me your trust in creating magical moments that you will truly cherish forever.

Each time you chose me, you're helping me keep my dream alive. For that I am eternally grateful.

“As a parent of a child with autism, you never really know what to expect until you are in the moment. Will it be a disaster? Will he scream and ask to go home the whole time? Will we be wasting Sarah’s time? Those were the questions running through my head in the weeks leading up to the shoot and the answer to all those questions is no! Sarah went out of her way to connect with Archie right from the sdonec. Ultricies in etiam elit diam sem sollicitudin, varius in duis. Turpis nunc nulla leo curae elementum.”
